📦 Shipping & Store Pickup Policy

We currently deliver only within the city of Surat to the following localities with their respective PIN codes:

  • Adajan, Bhagal, Begampura, Nanpura, Athwalines, Gopipura, Althan, Pandesara, Rander, Khatodara, Sagrampura Putli, Magalla, Bharthana, Umra, Vesu, Bamroli, Dindoli, Limbayat, Udhna.

Delivery charges are ₹50, and this is a limited-time offer.

If your PIN code is not listed above, we’re sorry — home delivery is not available at this time. We hope to expand our delivery area soon (Click here to suggest your area).

 

If you live in Surat and prefer, you are also welcome to pick up the order directly from our store (Location). Please mention “Store Pickup” when placing your order so we can have it ready for you.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

We value your trust and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product package is not opened or if there is a manufacturing defect.

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return; after this period, return requests cannot be accepted.

  • The customer is required to bring the product to our store for return or inspection. We currently do not offer pickup for return items.

  • Please keep the product in original packaging along with all labels and accessories.

  • Once inspected, if the item is found defective, we will either replace the product or issue a refund — as per your preference.
